zbajji Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Basis of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the zbajji platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" or "Member"). By using the zbajji website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

zbajji is open only to individuals who are legally eligible to use the service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

zbajji reserves the right to change, modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect after being published on the website. It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

2. Account Registration and Membership

To join the zbajji platform, each individual may create one and only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

2.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately. zbajji will not be responsible for any loss resulting from misuse of your account.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

You must be at least 21 years old to use the zbajji platform. We believe age verification is essential to ensure responsible gaming.

zbajji may at any time request members to submit identity documents (national ID card or passport) or proof of age. The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete. If any person under the age of 21 creates an account, that account and all balances will be forfeited.

• Acceptable documents for identity verification: National ID Card (NID), passport or driving licence.
• For address verification: a recent utility bill or bank statement.
• For payment verification: a screenshot of a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the zbajji platform is ৳300. This limit is the same for every method. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

When making a deposit, ensure the correct account number and amount. The member is responsible for any transaction issues caused by incorrect information. Deposit amounts are generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit; withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

zbajji supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits made through any other method may not be credited to the account and zbajji will not be responsible for such transactions.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

zbajji's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the bonus.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳62,000.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• zbajji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program

zbajji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming. The benefits and cashback amount for each tier increase progressively.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

zbajji operates on a fair play policy. All games are run using balanced and verified random number generator (RNG) technology. We ensure equal opportunity for all members.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Specific minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet cannot be processed due to a system error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The result of a game is considered final and cannot be changed.

6.2 Live Casino

World-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are available in the zbajji live casino section. The dealer's decision is final in live dealer games. In the event of a disconnection, the dealer's next decision will apply.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, the official match result is considered final. Separate betting rules may apply for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other tournaments.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the zbajji platform. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Betting with a credit card or with someone else's money.
• Using any software, bots or automated systems.
• Attempting to hack the gaming system or algorithms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other members or engaging in abusive behaviour.
• Concealing identity by providing false information.

8. Account Suspension and Cancellation

zbajji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud.
• Instructions from legal authorities or a court order.
• Account closure at the member's own request.

Upon account cancellation, bonus and promotional funds will be forfeited. However, balances earned through legitimate means will be returned subject to verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

zbajji firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is an entertainment activity — it should never be seen as a source of income.

zbajji is not directly liable for any winnings or losses from gaming. Gaming is entirely voluntary and members participate at their own risk.

12. Policy on Changes to Terms

zbajji reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or by a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published means you have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
